Healthy Quick Bites
We moms always take care and want our kid to have best nutritious food in their diet. Also we follow it most of the time, but have you realised that normally we follow it only for their main meal. Isnt it ?? ☺ For their short hunger pangs, we normally do not bother much and want to feed them quick bites like chips, biscuits or any packed items which normally aren’t healthy and affect the metabolism of the child right from childhood . Well, I have a solution to this problem.
